Cotto Enoteca Pizzeria is located on the Hastings corridor in North Burnaby at the foot of Capitol Hill. Set in the old Anducci’s location, the combination of exposed brick, wood beams, steel girders, reclaimed wood, Bianca Carrara marble and other texturally rich materials result in one of Burnaby’s most stylish, welcoming and comfortable rooms. The restaurant offers bar and dining room seating, 55 seats in the main room along with a beautiful 40-seat covered patio. Diners can also enjoy our 14 seat communal harvest table, which is a 13 foot, single piece of reclaimed fir from the old mission in Mission, BC.
The staff at Cotto are dedicated to providing Burnaby and lower mainland guests with an exceptional upscale casual dining experience that will consistently exceed their expectations. Our delicious food, amazing wine offering and exceptional service will quickly define Cotto Enoteca’s new role in the Burnaby dining scene.
Cotto Enoteca Pizzeria showcases modern Italian cuisine, specializing in authentic VPN certified Neapolitan pizza and comforting Italian dishes. The focal point of the restaurant is undoubtedly the wood fired brick forno. The menu is steeped in Italian tradition, though updated with West Coast sensibility and is presented in an approachable and informal setting. Cotto’s “simple, yet elegant” cuisine features the natural beauty of local, sustainable and seasonal ingredients in an appropriate and sumptuous manner. Showcasing the best ingredients of British Columbia and the traditional techniques of Italy is the overwhelming inspiration behind Cotto Enoteca’s kitchen.
Cotto Enoteca Pizzeria serves only BC and Italian wines. We’ve specifically created a wine program that is extensive, but approachable and provides our guests with a wine list that is an exceptionally good value. The wine program features a considerable “by the glass” offering via the freshTAP Pour System and the cutting edge Napa Technology WineStations. Our cocktail list spotlights our interpretations of classic Italian inspired libations including our soon to be famous, barrel aged Cotto Negroni. The beer menu includes a few classic Italian selections along with an exciting and highly specific craft beer offering.
Qwater
By serving Qwater at Cotto Enoteca, we have partnered with a premium filtered water company dedicated to an eco-friendly and sustainable system with no bottles or delivery involved. If every restaurant across Canada incorporated the Qwater system, millions of glass bottles and trees would be saved each year.
freshTap
Wine on tap is good for the planet; eliminating caps/corks and cartons from ever needing to be used, less packaging, less fossil fuels used to ship the wine, less glass, less cutting down of trees for labels and corks. It’s a good thing.
Ocean Wise
Ocean Wise is the Vancouver Aquarium’s conservation program, created to educate and empower consumers about the issues surrounding sustainable seafood. At Cotto Enoteca, we are proud to be fully compliant with the Ocean Wise program and only serve Ocean Wise recommended sustainable seafood.
